本项目立足农业,辐射社会各阶层,关乎民生。建立集农产品交易、高端农产品加工,以及仓储、物流、信息、产业孵化、期货交易、产品认定为一体的农产品综合交易平台。

 

The project is based on agriculture, radiating each of the social classes, and caring about the people’s life. The project is to set up a comprehensive farm product trading platform integrated with farm products trading, high-end farm products processing, warehousing, logistics, information, industry incubating, futures trading and products identification.

 

根据《成都市国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划纲要》、《彭州市国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划纲要》中对农业产业规划和调整方向的意见,以及对彭州和濛阳农业产业定位,成都濛阳农副产品综合批发交易中心将成为:全川一流,成都领军,辐射云贵川陕甘的大型综合性农产品批发与交易市场。         

 

According to the opinions on the planning of agricultural industry and adjustment direction in ‘Outline for Eleventh Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of Chengdu’and‘Outline for Eleventh Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of Pengchou’, and the positioning of the agricultural industry of Pengchou and Mengyang, Mengyang Agricultural & Sideline Products Comprehensive Wholesale Exchange Center, Chengdu will become a large comprehensive agricultural & sideline products wholesale and exchange center, which are to be 1st class in all over Sichuan, and leading in Chengdu, covering Yunnan, Shanxi and Gansu.

 

本次规划的指导思想是:贯彻我国“十一五”农业发展规划中大力推进农业产业化进程的指导方针,与周边地区规划相协调,充分发挥农产品产地优势,抓住成都产业结构调整和升级面临的历史机遇和有利条件,融合农产品交易、加工、配送、商业等诸多服务功能,成为我国综合性农产品交易市场典范。

The guilding principle of this planning is to implement the guideline of promotion agriculture industrialization in the ‘Eleventh Five-Year Plan’Agricultural Development Planning, to coordinate with the planning of the surrounding area, fully exert the agricultural product producing area advantage, catch up with the historical opportunity and advantageous conditions of the industry structure adjustment and upgrading in Chengdu, and to make it into an example of our country.

 

在以人为本、和谐市场的思路下,主张混合用地的发展模式,使市场能够保持稳定的客源和合理的配套服务设施。在用地布局上力求功能完善、位置合理。空间结构骨架清晰,且随着以后的发展具有可生长性。同时要具有完善的城市基础设施、公共服务设施以及良好的城市生态环境和景观环境。

 

Under the idea of centering on people and harmonizing market, we have proposed a development mode of mixed land use so that the market can keep stable customer sources and reasonable matching service facilities. The land use layout is tried to be with complete function and reasonable locations. The space structure skeleton is to be expandable with the future development. Meanwhile, it is required to have complete city infrastructures, public service facilities and good city ecological environment and landscape environment.
