项目简介

武汉“光谷1号”居住区位于武汉市武昌洪山区。基地大致呈不规则矩形,南北长约300米,东西向长约280米,总用地面积为7.11公顷。距基地南侧800米处有武汉著名景观水域之一的南湖,人文及景观资源得天独厚。基地内部地形高差较大,整体呈北高南低的形态,最高点与最低点高差达10米。

 

The Wuhan Guanggu No. 1 residential area is located in the Wuchang Hongshan District of Wuhan City. The base is in irregular rectangular, and it is about 300 meters long from south to north, 280 meters wide from east to west, the total area is about 7.11 hectares. About 800 meters away from the south of the base, there is South Lake, the Wuhan well-known waterscape, which forms the rich and unique cultural and natural scenery resources. In the base, the terrain elevation is big and it is high in the north and low in the south; the difference between the highest spot and the lowest spot is about 10 meters.

The development of Guanggu No. 1 residential compound is committed to merge the dwelling into the naturally enjoyable environment. This compound makes the residents enjoy the natural aesthetics even in the modern city and forms the healthy, positive and unique life style.

 

总体规划特点

贯穿于整个规划中的核心元素就是中心绿化空间,它决定了建筑单体的规划布局,其他主要元素如人行林荫大道、散步道、广场休闲设施的设计均将建筑形式与自然景观有机结合。总体规划结构住区以规划路为界,定位为东块的白领商住区以及西块的景观居住区。东地块迎合受众的需求开发以小户型为主的白领公寓以及苏荷酒店,建筑布局井然有序;东块地区则强调舒适自然的居住体验,住宅布局错落而有张力,同时尊重充分现有地貌,自北向南塑造高低错落、有山地建筑趣味的景观住区。

 

The characteristics of the overall plan

The core element running through the overall planning is the central green space, which has determined the design layout of the single building. The design of the other main elements, e.g. the pedestrian boulevard, the walk street and the square leisure facilities has organically integrated the architecture forms and the natural landscapes.The overall layout plans to separate the residential area by the Plan Road, the white-collar commerce and dwelling area is in its east and the landscape dwelling area is in its west. The east area has been developed to be white-collar apartments and SOHO hotels mainly in small household size to meet the target consumers’ needs. The buildings layout is in good order. The east area design has stressed the comfortable and natural living experience; the buildings are finely scattered with force, and with respect to the existing landforms, the residential area with landscapes of highland and lowland finely scattered in a character of mountainous region construction has been built from north to south.
