About Xian Dai

As a state-owned enterprise solely funded by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shanghai Municipal Government, Shanghai Xian Dai Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd was established by amalgamating the former East China Architectural Design & Research Institute with Shanghai Institute of Architectural Design & Research in March, 1998. In October 2015, it became the controlling shareholder of ARCPLUS (Stock code: 600629).

ARCPLUS, a listed company based on foresight technique and controlled by Shanghai Xian Dai Architectural Design (Group) Co., is an integrated service provider that takes engineering design consulting as its core and provides quality comprehensive solutions for town construction. ARCPLUS’s business areas cover the whole process of engineering construction project, including planning, construction, water conservancy, municipal construction, landscape architecture, interior decoration, geotechnical engineering, architectural acoustics and other design consulting services, as well as general contracting service consisting of design, procurement and EPC. ACPLUS’s services involve not only engineering design, but also construction consulting, information, scientific research and investment.

Except for business of the listed company, main business of unlisted companies of Shanghai Xian Dai Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd includes asset management, real estate development and management and property management services.
